Five students of the Department of English who attend the Baltic Studies Centre at the faculty of foreign languages, were learning Lithuanian at a Language Camp, which took place in Žemaitija, Lithuania from June 1 – to June 12 2018.
Intensive interactive classes helped improve students’ knowledge of Lithuanian. Communication with students of other countries while different out-of-class competitions, handcraft and canoeing provided opportunities for practicing English. Various informative excursions and a trip to the Baltic Sea enriched students’ knowledge about the history and culture of the country.
